Academy School year

As a traditional school, our first class day of the 2017-2018 School Year is Tuesday, September 5th. Applications for the new school year for middle and high school students are being accepted now.  Please contact us.

Required core classes are held, Monday through Friday, 9am - 3pm.  Some classes may need to be scheduled before or after the regular school day as we strive to provide a unique educational experience.

Teacher guidance is always available after class and no student should ever leave school uncertain of an assignment or academic task.

At Lasseter Academy, we take your student's education very seriously.  The primary goal of the Academy is to help students truely enjoy learning in a positive environment, rather than just earning a diploma.

Students must attend class every day and must be in class prepared to learn; dressed appropriately; wearing no head gear; with books, binder, paper, pencils, and completed assignments.  Students who are tardy (9:05) or come unprepared for classes must make up their tardiness or lack of preparation before or after school the next day for a daily fee of $5.

Students are assigned reinforcement work on a daily basis to be completed on their own at home.  A parent or guardian is asked to support their student by reviewing and signing each class assignment sheet.  Parents are also asked to contact our office if a student will be tardy, absent, or needs to leave school during the class day for an appointment.  No students will be allowed to leave the school grounds once school has started unless the director has given approval to the parent and notified the staff.

The use of cell phones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices are not allowed at Lasseter Academy during the academic day.  Students with electronic devices will be asked to call a parent.  The devide will be locked in the school office until parent pick up.

Annual Academic Fees

$500 per month from September through May totaling $4500 for the academic year.
